Make Ahead Grilled Salad
- 4 yellow squash, sliced
- 4 zucchini, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
- Prepare hot fire.
- Brush vegetables with oil.
- Grill until slightly browned and softened.
- Let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, salad dressing, salt and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Drain before serving.
