Make Ahead Grilled Salad

  1. Prepare hot fire.
  2. Brush vegetables with oil.
  3. Grill until slightly browned and softened.
  4. Let cool.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, salad dressing, salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Drain before serving.
