Hashed Beef Rice in 15 Minutes
- 150 grams Thinly sliced beef
- 1 Onion
- 5 King oyster mushrooms
- 1 Broccoli
- 1 can Basic tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Cake flour
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 100 ml Water
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 2 servings Cooked rice
- Cut the broccoli into bite-size pieces and blanch.
- Thinly slice the onion and king oyster mushrooms.
- Melt butter in a frying pan and add onions.
- When the onions become translucent, add beef and king oyster mushrooms.
- Sprinkle flour and cook, combining everything together well.
- Add tomato sauce and water and mix well.
- Add the Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
- Add broccoli and cook for a few minutes.
