Smoked Apple & BBQ Pork Sandwich

  1. Combine pork, barbecue sauce and apple juice concentrate in saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium-low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Meanwhile, grill apples over medium-high heat 5 to 8 min.
  4. or until crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with the oil.
  5. Remove apples from heat; sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon sugar.
  6. For each serving: Spoon 1 cup of the pork mixture into each roll; top with 1 of the apple slices.
