Perfect Pie Crust Recipe
- 4 c. flour, lightly spooned in c.
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 lg. egg
- Put first 3 ingredients in bowl and mix with fork.
- Add in Crisco and mix till crumbly.
- In another bowl, beat water, vinegar, and egg.
- Combine and mix.
- Divide dough into 5 portions.
- Roll and shape on floured board.
- Can freeze pie crust in tin pie pans till ready to use.
