Perfect Pie Crust Recipe

  1. Put first 3 ingredients in bowl and mix with fork.
  2. Add in Crisco and mix till crumbly.
  3. In another bowl, beat water, vinegar, and egg.
  4. Combine and mix.
  5. Divide dough into 5 portions.
  6. Roll and shape on floured board.
  7. Can freeze pie crust in tin pie pans till ready to use.
