Cherry Cola-Chocolate-Mayonnaise-Sauerkraut Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.
  3. In medium bowl, sift flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder.
  4. In large bowl with mixer on high speed, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla for 3 minutes.
  5. Reduce speed to low, and beat in mayonnaise.
  6. Add flour and cola alternately.
  7. Mix in drained sauerkraut.
  8. Pour into pan, and bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
  9. Cool.
