Chocolate cornflake cakes
- 12 oz chocolate
- 4 tbsp golden syrup
- 6 oz cornflakes
- 2 tbsp un salted butter
- melt chocolate in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water until it starts to melt .
- then add in golden syrup and butter when almost completely melted remove from the pan as excess heat will carry on melting the chocolate.
- mix in corn flakes until evenly coated in chocolate.
- spoon into cup cake cases and chill in the fridge until set aprox 1 hr.
- raisins or cranberry's also work well in this .
