Pumpkin Supreme
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 3/4 c. sugar, divided
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 (2 oz.) pkg. whipped topping mix
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 to 3 3/4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. cooked pumpkin
- dash of cinnamon
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- Combine crumbs, 1 cup sugar and melted butter.
- Mix well and press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Set aside.
- Combine cheese, eggs and 3/4 cup sugar.
- Pour over crumbs and bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
- Cool.
- Prepare pudding mix with milk; beat well. Prepare whipped topping.
- Combine pumpkin, spices and 1 cup topping.
- Spread on cooled crust and cheese.
- Add remainder of topping and sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
