Pigs in Blankets

  1. Stir baking mix and water to a soft dough.
  2. Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured cloth-covered board.
  3. Knead 5 times.
  4. Roll dough into a circle 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Cut circle into 12 equal wedges.
  6. Spread each wedge with 1 Tblsp.
  7. sauerkraut.
  8. Place a frankfurter on each wedge; roll up, beginning at wide end.
  9. Seal tightly by pinching tip into roll.
  10. Bake on ungreased baking sheet 15 minutes.
  11. Heat remaing sauerkraut; serve frankfurters with catsup and hot sauerkraut.
  12. Serve with Green Peas & Cheese Salad and Cherry Cobbler.
