Pigs in Blankets
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 12 cup cold water
- 12 frankfurters
- 1 (16 ounce) can sauerkraut, well drained
- catsup
- Stir baking mix and water to a soft dough.
- Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured cloth-covered board.
- Knead 5 times.
- Roll dough into a circle 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut circle into 12 equal wedges.
- Spread each wedge with 1 Tblsp.
- sauerkraut.
- Place a frankfurter on each wedge; roll up, beginning at wide end.
- Seal tightly by pinching tip into roll.
- Bake on ungreased baking sheet 15 minutes.
- Heat remaing sauerkraut; serve frankfurters with catsup and hot sauerkraut.
- Serve with Green Peas & Cheese Salad and Cherry Cobbler.
