Max's Mistake
- 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) honey syrup (see note)
- 1 tablespoon passion fruit puree
- 1 1/2 tablespoons superfine sugar
- 1/4 cup (2 ounces) gin
- 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) lemon juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1/4 cup (2 ounces) sparkling lemonade, such as Lorina or San Pellegrino
- Combine everything but lemonade in a blender and blend for about 10 seconds.
- Add lemonade and 1 cup ice, preferably in small cubes.
- Blend for about 3 seconds.
- Pour contents into a goblet and add fresh ice to fill.
- Serve with a straw.
