Cherry Pomegranate Jello

  1. Stir boiling water into jello mix until dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold water and juice.
  3. Chill 1 hour or until thickened.
  4. Remove 1/4 c of the oranges and reserve for later.
  5. Add remaining oranges and stir.
  6. Chill 30 minutes or until set but not firm.
  7. Combine Cool Whip and spices.
  8. Spoon over jello.
  9. Chill 4 hours.
  10. Top with remaining oranges just before serving and garnish with mint leaves.
