Butternut Pound Cake Recipe

  1. Cream sugar, shortening and butter; add in Large eggs, beating till fluffy.
  2. Add in flavoring.
  3. Mix flour and salt; mix water and lowfat milk.
  4. Add in the two mixtures alternately to the first mix.
  5. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
  6. Put into Cool oven; bake 1 hr.
  7. 40 minutes.
  8. at 325.
  9. Cold 10 minutes.
  10. in pan before turning out.
