Orange-Glazed Chicken

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Spread chicken with 2 Tbsp.
  3. marmalade.
  4. Empty coating mix into shallow dish.
  5. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
  6. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  7. Bake 25 min.
  8. or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
  9. Mix dressing and remaining marmalade.
  10. Add to spinach; toss to coat.
  11. Place on 4 serving plates.
  12. Top spinach on each plate with 1 sliced chicken breast and 1/4 of the oranges.
