Orange-Glazed Chicken
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/4 lb.)
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade, divided
- 1 env. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 6 cups baby spinach leaves
- 2 navel oranges, thinly sliced Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Spread chicken with 2 Tbsp.
- marmalade.
- Empty coating mix into shallow dish.
- Add chicken; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
- Place in 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Bake 25 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
- Mix dressing and remaining marmalade.
- Add to spinach; toss to coat.
- Place on 4 serving plates.
- Top spinach on each plate with 1 sliced chicken breast and 1/4 of the oranges.
