Steak and guinness pie
- 2 1/2 lb Cubed beef
- 1/2 cup Onion
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1 tsp Brown sugar
- 20 oz Guinness
- 8 each Bacon
- 4 each Pie crust
- Oven to 350F.
- Brown beef that is coated in flour.
- Brown in the bacon fat.
- Combine beef, bacon, onion that is cooked, and the beer.
- Sautee in low heat oven for 2 1/2 hours.
- Stir occasionally.
- Add more beer if needed
- Prepare pie crusts.
- Bake bottom before filling.
- Once topped with 2nd crust bake 15 mins.
