Curry Shrimp With Pea Pods Recipe

  1. Peel and devein shrimp.
  2. Toss shrimp with 1 Tbsp.
  3. salt and marinate for 30 min.
  4. Place shrimp in a drain basket and rinse shrimp under running cool water for 1 minute.
  5. Drain and dry shrimp with paper towel.
  6. Add in cornstarch and egg white to shrimp; mix well.
  7. Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet or possibly wok; stir in ginger and garlic, then curry and chili pwdr.
  8. Add in shrimp; stir fry till shrimp are pink.
  9. Remove shrimp from skillet.
  10. Add in oil to skillet; stir in pea pods; add in salt to taste.
  11. Stir in shrimp for 1/2 minute.
  12. Garnish with green onion and serve cooked with rice, if you like.
