Spiced Chicken Skewers with Peanut Dipping Sauce
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g), cut into 20 lengthwise strips
- 1/4 cup lite soy sauce, divided
- 2 tsp. Asian chili paste, divided
- 1/4 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp. each: Heinz Tomato Ketchup and orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. each: honey and lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. chopped unsalted peanuts
- Heat greased grill to medium-high.
- Thread chicken onto 20 skewers; place in shallow dish.
- Mix 2 Tbsp.
- soy sauce and 1 tsp.
- chili paste; drizzle over skewers.
- Turn to evenly coat.
- Grill 8 to 10 min.
- or until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining soy sauce, remaining chili paste with all remaining ingredients except nuts in serving bowl; place on platter.
- Add skewers to platter; sprinkle with nuts.
