Buffalo Cheeseburger Soup

  1. Brown the meat, onion, celery and tomatoes in the oil over medium heat until meat is cooked through and veggies are pretty tender.
  2. Add seasonings and broth.
  3. Stir in sour cream and cheese, reduce heat to low and allow cheese to melt.
  4. Do not let the soup boil after the dairy has been added.
