Mediterranean Dip
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
- 1/2 cup pine nuts toasted
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes
- 1 cup black olives sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 x salt and black pepper to taste
- Beat cream cheese in mix bowl until smooth.
- Add the rest of ingredients.
- Taste and season if needed.
