ribeye steak

  1. thaw ribeyes
  2. place meat in a container or ziploc
  3. add fresh squeezed lemon
  4. add oil and salt & pepper
  5. put in fridge for at least an hour if not 2-3hrs
  6. cook to desired doneness.
