Bar B Q Brisket Recipe

• 1 well trimmed brisket
• 1 brown-n-bag
• 2 (8 ounce.) cans tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
• 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1. Place brisket in brown-n-bag; set aside.
2. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
3. Add in sauce to brisket.
4. Seal bag.
5. Punch 6 small holes in the top of the bag.
6. Bake at 275 degrees for 6 to 8 hrs till tender.
