Chilled Salt-broth Ramen

  1. Cut the bok choy into 4 pieces and boil.
  2. Boil the shrimp, peel and devein.
  3. Add the chicken to the pot and bring to a boil.
  4. Once the chicken has cooked through remove from the pot, cool, and cut into pieces
  5. Add the Chinese soup stock and salt to the soup, let cool, and refrigeratreto chill.
  6. Coat the chicken, shrimp, and bok choy in sesame boil.
  7. Boil the noodles and rinse with water.
  8. Transfer to a bowl.
  9. Pour the soup on top, then top with the chicken, shrimp, and bok choy.
  10. Drizzle with ra-yu to taste.
