Mexican Lasagna

  1. Boil chicken, let cool; shred with fingers.
  2. Mix chicken with first 4 ingredents and half of the jalapenos.
  3. Layer the pan with tortillias, chicken mixture, then cheeses.
  4. This should make 2 to 3 layers.
  5. Bake at 350F for 30-45 minutes.
  6. Mix tomatoes and onions.
  7. Sprinkle top with cheeses, then tomato mixture.
  8. Place jalapenos on top and bake for 10-15 additional minutes.
