Bak O Bayou Salad Recipe
- 1 head Iceberg lettuce
- 1 bn watercress 2 Creole tomatoes, cut into)) Wedges.
- 1 med onion, sliced
- 1/2 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Anchovy paste
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Tarragon vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. Minced parsley Pareve imitation bacon bits
- Tear lettuce into lge.

- and cut watercress into sm.
- pieces.
- Place lettuce, watercress, and tomatoes in a bowl.
- Separate onion slices into rings and add in to lettuce mix.
- Chill.
- Blend garlic with mayo.
- and anchovy paste in a bowl, then stir in vinegar and lemon juice slowly.
- Add in parsley and chill.
- Pour dressing over lettuce mix and garnish with imitation bacon bits.
