Jackie's Stroganoff

  1. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper and place in the crockpot.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients, except the flour, butter and sour cream and stir in with the beef.
  3. Cover and cook on low 7 to 8 hours.
  4. Place the crockpot on high and stir in flour and butter which have been blended together.
  5. Stir until thickened.
  6. Turn off the heat and add the sour cream.
