Quick Chocolate Puddin' Cookies

  1. Place all ingredients in large bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
  2. Beat on low speed 2 min.
  3. or until well blended, occasionally stopping mixer to scrape side of bowl and beater.
  4. Use #70 scoop to drop balls of dough into parchment-lined full sheet pans, placing 4 doz.
  5. scoops in each pan.
  6. Flatten to 1/8-inch thickness with tines of fork.
  7. Bake in 350F-standard oven for 10 to 13 min.
  8. or until tops look dry.
  9. Cool completely on wire racks.
  10. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.
