loquat sauce
- 1 1/2 quart loquats seeded
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut vinegar
- 1/4 cup Shaoxing wine
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- mix cornstarch and water together set aside
- mix all the other ingredients in a pot boil till loquat is soft put in blender liquidfy return to pot bring to boil add cornstarch solution stir till thickens serve with chicken or pork even lamb
