Sour Cream Raisin Pie Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 (4 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 pie shell, baked
- Combine butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Beat till fluffy.
- Spread in bottom of pie shell.
- In large bowl, combine filling ingredients and mix well.
- Pour onto cream cheese filling.
- Refrigerateovernight.
- At serving time, garnish with whipped cream sprinkled with nutmeg.
- Serves 8.
- Variations: Apricot, omit nuts; peach, substituting ginger for 1/2 tsp.
- cinnamon and omit nuts; apple pie or possibly etc.
- Experiment!
