Sour Cream Raisin Pie Recipe

  1. Combine butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.
  2. Beat till fluffy.
  3. Spread in bottom of pie shell.
  4. In large bowl, combine filling ingredients and mix well.
  5. Pour onto cream cheese filling.
  6. Refrigerateovernight.
  7. At serving time, garnish with whipped cream sprinkled with nutmeg.
  8. Serves 8.
  9. Variations: Apricot, omit nuts; peach, substituting ginger for 1/2 tsp.
  10. cinnamon and omit nuts; apple pie or possibly etc.
  11. Experiment!
