Grilled Fish, Papa Style
- 1 whole Tomato, Peeled And Chopped
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 6 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 pieces Mahi-mahi Fish
- 2 Tablespoons Blackened Redfish Blend
- In a skillet over medium high heat, saute all the chopped ingredients (tomato, onion, garlic) in a little amount of water and olive oil and seasoned with oregano and salt until totally reduced.
- In the meantime, over medium high heat, grill the Mahi-mahi with blackened redfish blend for around 12 minutes.
- Serve the fish with the sauce topping and some warm baguette (French style bread) with melted cheese.
