Sesame Loaf
- 2 c. onions, chopped
- 3 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. sesame seed
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 1/2 c. pecan meal
- 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. Soy Supreme (dry)
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 5 c. water
- Saute onions and celery in 1/2 cup water until tender.
- Blend sunflower seeds and sesame seed.
- In bowl, mix together the oatmeal, blended seed, pecan meal, yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, Soy Supreme, bread crumbs, then add soy sauce, onions and celery.
- Add water; mix well.
- Bake in sprayed baking dish at 325u0b0 for 60 minutes until brown.
- Serve with Creamy Cashew Gravy.
