Cashew Chicken

  1. Beat eggs and milk; soak chicken pieces several hours or over night.
  2. Drain and roll in flour, fry until brown.
  3. Drain on paper towel.
  4. Mix sauce (broth, corn starch, soy sauce, sliced green onions and MSG).
  5. Simmer in sauce pan until thickened.
  6. In casserole dish layer chicken, shredded lettuce and sauce (two layers each).
  7. Put nuts over top.
  8. Serve over rice.
