Marshmallowy Cereal Bars

  1. Combine the cereal with the almonds and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter.
  3. Add in the mini-marshmallow and stir until almost completely melted.
  4. Add in the vanilla and stir.
  5. Next add in the cereal/almond mixture and fold the cereal in with the marshmallow.
  6. Dump the cereal mixture into a parchment-lined 13x9 pan.
  7. With lightly oiled fingertips, press the cereal into the pan.
  8. Let the cereal cool for 20-30 minutes.
  9. Remove and, with a sharp knife, cut the cereal into 20 equal-sized bars.
  10. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
