Quick as a Wink Trifle

• 1 x 85g packet raspberry jelly
• 3 mini Swiss rolls, each sliced into 6
• 1 punnet strawberries, halved Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 250 ml PHILADELPHIA Cream For Desserts, double cream alternative
• 2-3 tablespoons Marsala
• chocolate curls for decoration

1. MAKE jelly as per packet directions.
2. Allow to set then roughly chop.
3. PLACE 3 slices of cake into the base of 6 serving glasses.
4. Top with the jelly and strawberries.
5. WHISK together the PHILLY and marsala and then dollop over the jelly.
6. Decorate with chocolate curls and chill for at least minutes before serving.
7. HANDY TIP: The full quantity of trifle mixture can easily be made in a medium sized serving bowl.
