Protein Fruit Smoothie

  1. Place fruit in blender
  2. Add dairy.
  3. More milk can be added to make smoother.
  4. Just a slash at a time.
  5. Blend on high until well mixed.
  6. Less mixing if you prefer chunky.
  7. Once blended drop leaves in blender opening and pulse at least 15 times.
