Zesty Tomato Juice Cocktail

• 8 cups tomato juice
• 3 cups water
• 14 cup chopped onion
• 14 cup chopped green pepper
• 2 tablespoons horseradish
• 3 tablespoons chili sauce
• 13 cup catsup (Ketchup)
• 14 teaspoon pepper
• 1 12 tablespoons salt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 14 cup lemon juice

1. Mix all ingredients except lemon juice.
2. Cover, let simmer 10 minutes.
3. Strain.
4. Add lemon juice and chill.
