Cheesecake Pie

• 8 ounces cream cheese, soft
• 13 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 3 12 cups Cool Whip (8oz container)
• 6 ounces graham cracker pie crust (9-inch pie crust)
• fresh fruit

1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
2. Fold in Cool Whip.
3. Spoon into crust.
4. Chill until set, about 4 hours.
5. Before serving, arrange fruit on top and serve.
