Boysenberry Honeydew Parfaits Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. pineapple sherbet
- 1 1/2 c. Boysenberries
- 1/4 c. all fruit Boysenberry spread, melted
- 1 c. honeydew melons, diced
- Boysenberries, honeydew melon and pineapple sherbet are layered in parfait glasses for a refreshing and light meal ending.
- Spoon about 2 Tbsp.
- sherbet into each of 4 parfait glasses or possibly dessert dishes.
- In small bowl, gently mix Boysenberries and Boysenberry spread.
- Spoon about 3 Tbsp.
- Boysenberry mix over sherbet in each glass.
- Top each with 1/4 c. melon, 2 Tbsp.
- sherbet, 3 Tbsp.
- Boysenberry mix and 2 Tbsp.
- sherbet.
- Garnish with favorite cookie, if you like.
