Avocado Hot Dog for Brunch

• 1 Avocado
• 1/4 Onion
• 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 8 Wiener sausages
• 4 Plain bread rolls (small)
• 1 Ketchup, mustard

1. Make the avocado filling.
2. Remove the avocado skins and pits.
3. Cut into 1 cm chunks.
4. Chop the onion and mix with the avocado and mayonnaise in a bowl.
5. Prepare the bread.
6. Make a long, deep cut in the center of the top of the bread.
7. (See picture)
8. Cook the wiener sausages in a frying pan.
9. Stuff the bread with the avocado dip and put the wiener sausages on top.
10. Top with ketchup and mustard as desired.
