Grapefruit Flamingo

• Ice
• 1 ounce Grapefruit Vodka
• 1/4 ounce Campari
• 4 ounces chilled sparkling wine
• 1 grapefruit twist

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add the Grapefruit Vodka and Campari and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled flute.
4. Top with the sparkling wine and garnish with the grapefruit twist.
