Scrambled Breakfast
- 6 eggs, scrambled
- 6 slices bacon, crumbled
- 12 large onion
- 12 large green pepper
- 12 large red pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar and colby cheese
- Slice and cook bacon.
- Drain most of the bacon grease, then saute veggies in bacon grease.
- Add scrambled eggs and continue to cook until almost done, then add most of the cheese.
- Serve with remainder of cheese sprinkled on top of each serving.
- Serve with toast.
