Hash Brown Casserole

  1. Set your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix hash browns, onions, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, parsley, salt, and shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl.
  3. Put the mixture in a 9 x 13 pan (or any size really) and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the 1/2 cup of margarine and then mix in the crushed Corn Flakes.
  6. At the 45 minute mark, remove the aluminum foil and spread the mixed Corn Flakes and margarine over the casserole, and bake for another 5 minutes with the aluminum cover off.
