Hash Brown Casserole
- 1- 1/2 pounds, 2- 1/2 ounces, weight Hash Browns
- 1/2 cups Onions
- 1 container Sour Cream, 16 Ounce
- 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or More If You Like!)
- 1/2 cups Margarine, Melted
- 1 cup Corn Flakes Cereal, Crushed
- Set your oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix hash browns, onions, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, parsley, salt, and shredded cheddar cheese in a bowl.
- Put the mixture in a 9 x 13 pan (or any size really) and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the 1/2 cup of margarine and then mix in the crushed Corn Flakes.
- At the 45 minute mark, remove the aluminum foil and spread the mixed Corn Flakes and margarine over the casserole, and bake for another 5 minutes with the aluminum cover off.
