Nacho-Mama's Quesadillas

  1. For each quesadilla, 2 servings: Prepare 1 pouch Macaroni & Cheese as directed on package.
  2. Add 3/4 cup (175 mL) ground beef, 2 Tbsp.
  3. (30 mL) tomatoes and 1 Tbsp.
  4. (15 mL) jalapenos; mix lightly.
  5. Spoon onto half of 1 tortilla; fold in half.
  6. Cook on lightly oiled griddle heated to 350 degrees F for 1 min.
  7. on each side or until golden brown on both sides and filling is heated through.
  8. Cut into wedges.
