Farmer's Frittata
- 8 eggs
- 1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle Rich Mushroom Gravy
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 cups ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
- 2 cups ORE-IDA Chopped Onions
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- Whisk eggs, gravy and hot sauce until blended.
- Heat oil in large ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add potatoes, onions and red peppers; stir.
- Cook 3 to 4 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Pour egg mixture over potato mixture.
- (Do not stir.)
- Cook on medium heat 5 to 8 min.
- or until potato layer is set.
- Heat broiler.
- Broil frittata, 6 inches from heat, 5 to 7 min.
- or until top is set and lightly browned.
