Campbell's Quick Cassoulet Recipe
- 1 can CAMPELL'S condensed creamy Onion soup
- 1 can CAMPBELL's condensed tomato Soup
- 1 c. Water
- 1 can Small white beans, rinsed And liquid removed (16 ounce)
- 3/4 lb Kielbasa cut into 1/2" slice
- 4 sm Potatoes, peel and quartered
- 3 med Carrots, cut into 1/2" slice
- 1/2 tsp Dry thyme leaves, crushed
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1 x Bay leaf Fresh thyme or possibly parsley For garnish
- In 4 qt saucepan, combine soups and water.
- Add in beans, kielbasa, potatoes, carrots, thyme, pepper and bay leaf.
- Over medium heat, heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Cover; cook 25 min or possibly till vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Throw away bay leaf.
- Garnish with thyme, if you like.
