Grilled lime, garlic, scallion & smoked paprika salmon.

  1. oven @ 180c
  2. chop scallions to make a bed for salmon
  3. brush salmon with olive oil & crushed garlic, squeeze lime juice over salmon, sprinkle with s'kd paprika
  4. place on oiled foil and cover completely, place in oven for 10 mins
  5. after 10mins un-cover, add a sprinkle of the chopped scallions, put back in for further 10mins or until as crisp you require
  6. enjoyable with either brown rice or wild rice n your desired steamed vegetable/s
