Mississippi Mud (Alcoholic)

• 1 12 ounces Southern Comfort or 1 12 ounces Bourbon
• 1 12 ounces coffee liqueur (Kalva or Tia Maria)
• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• chocolate shavings (to garnish) (optional)

1. Place ice cream, Southern Comfort and liqueur in blender.
2. Blend just until thick.
3. Spoon into cocktail or parfait glasses and garnish with shaved chocolate.
