Baked Beef with Gravy
- 3 pounds Cubed Beef Stew Meat
- 10- 3/4 ounces, weight Canned Cream Of Mushroon Soup
- 1 envelope (1 Oz. Packet) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1- 1/2 cup Water
- Put a sheet of foil over a casserole dish.
- This stops it from being burned in case of any spillover.
- Lay another piece of foil on top.
- Put stew meat in.
- Mix the cream of mushroom soup with the Lipton onion soup mix and water.
- Pour over the meat.
- Seal up tight, making sure it is secure.
- Bake at 350 degrees for three hours.
- The gravy is delicous to pour over mashed potatoes and to sop up with rolls.
