Maryland Crab Imperial Recipe
- 1 pound lump crabmeat
- 1 raw egg
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 4 saltines, crushed
- 1 tbsp. chopped green pepper, parboiled
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- Mix all ingredients together except crabmeat and lowfat milk, let stand 10 min.
- Add in crabmeat.
- Mix well.
- Put in buttered baking dish.
- Pour the lowfat milk over all.
- Bake in moderate 350 degree oven till slightly brown.
