Raspberry & Brie Cocktail Sandwiches
- 1 loaf rye bread (whole, round loaf, not sliced)
- 1 brie round
- 12 cup seedless raspberry jelly or 12 cup preserves
- 14 cup sliced almonds
- cut center out of bread, but do not cut out bottom.
- Insert brie.
- Spoon jam over cheese.
- Sprinkle on almonds.
- Bake at 275 until cheese is melted.
- Cube bread that was removed from center of loaf.
- Serve with cubed bread.
