Lasagne

  1. Brown meat and drain.
  2. Add onion.
  3. Combine garlic salt and salt.
  4. Add pepper, oregano, parsley, tomato paste and sauce with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese to the meat.
  5. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
  6. Cook lasagne noodles.
  7. Into lasagne baking dish, put 1/3 meat mixture, layer of noodles, layer of Mozzarella, layer of cottage cheese and 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
  8. Repeat the process, ending with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
