Lasagne
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 6 tsp. parsley, minced
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. lasagne noodles
- 1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella slices
- cottage cheese
- Brown meat and drain.
- Add onion.
- Combine garlic salt and salt.
- Add pepper, oregano, parsley, tomato paste and sauce with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese to the meat.
- Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
- Cook lasagne noodles.
- Into lasagne baking dish, put 1/3 meat mixture, layer of noodles, layer of Mozzarella, layer of cottage cheese and 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat the process, ending with sauce and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
