White Remoulade
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 4 scallions, including some of the green, finely, chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, washed, drained, and chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped sour gherkins
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 3 anchovy fillets, mashed
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients and chill for 1 hour before serving.
