Holiday Breakfast Pizza Recipe
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- Cook crumbled sausage till browned; drain fat.
- Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles; place in a 13x9x2 inch pan with points toward center; press over bottom and sides to create crust.
- Spoon cooked sausage over crust.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- In bowl beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper; pour into crust.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 min.
- 8 servings.
